What does it mean to witness our sensations?
Feel our emotions fully, and do not react. What this means is that
the more we practice, the more we'll be able to feel a wider scope
of sensations yet inversely react less and less.
This doesn't mean becoming numb, it means feeling deeper while
being able to act more skillfully.
Who's ready to be more skillful with their sensations and take
control of their emotional reactivity?
@MeditationDave will be back every Monday asking another one of
your questions, drop a comment below or DM us for them to be
answered.
Good luck with your practice, we look forward to sitting with
you.
